Acceptable Use

General

Services in the areas of generative AI and machine learning are still evolving. As such, output from the Services may be inaccurate, inappropriate, biased or potentially offensive.  Continuous AI model training and product refinement over time is required in order to address deficiencies and provide a service with consistently high quality relevant output.  For this reason TDS advises, and you acknowledge and agree that, output from the Services: (a) should not be relied upon as a sole source for information or as a substitute for diligence and where applicable review by a qualified professional or experienced individual; (b) should always be checked for accuracy and contextual appropriateness for the intended use case; and (c) should not be used for making a decision about an individual which may meaningfully impact the individual, including eligibility for credit or housing, hiring, admission to a course, program or institution, criminal justice matters and social scoring and other acceptance and award criteria.

In accessing and using the Services you may not engage in, or assist others to engage in, any activity which: (a) violates the terms of the MSA, SOW or these User Terms; (b) disrupts or threatens the integrity, operation or security of any IT or communication service or network, (c) is contrary to law or regulation, including export restrictions and trade sanctions, or (d) is undertaken for the purposes of creating or training a model, product or service which competes with TDS or its partners.  For clarity, prohibited activities include:
